We love the food here, my kids love the chicken tenders, we all love the onion rings and my husband and I always try different burgers. I would have rated it 5 stars but the employees we encounter (usually the same couple people) are so unpleasant and rude. Still won't stop us from going here but it is a bummer.

This is a pretty good burger place. I had been here quite a few years ago, maybe 2015 or somewhere around there. I honestly don't remember that visit, but this one was pretty good. I wouldn't say it's 5 stars, the burgers are cooked almost well done, topped with way too much tomato and lettuce with barely there condiments. But it's a decent burger. The fries were good, the onion rings were great, the house made ranch was awesome. The deviled eggs, I downed one as soon as I pulled them out of the bag. They're really good, creamy mixture, very classic flavor. If I were being super picky, and I'll admit I kind of have been in this review, it bothers me no one cleans off the tables. Maybe they do when it's not busy? But they definitely weren't today and my boyfriend said that's normal. I would come back here. I might ask if they could do a medium cook on the burger and extra mayo or something. But I had a good time and good food. =)

I've been here twice and both times I have enjoyed my food and experience! The burgers are so simple yet delicious. The fries are fresh. I haven't had a milkshake yet but I've heard they are tasty. The service is fast and employees are kind. There are wings of busy and slow moments but the place is large enough that it doesn't feel crowded. There is plenty of parking at the plaza. Definitely recommend trying!

What was I thinking not going to Kincaid's in so long! Such a juicy, perfectly cooked burger that comes with all the fixings. The burgers are HUGE especially for the price! The veggies on it were fresh. The cheese and bacon were a perfect add on. I really think the meat they use takes this burger to the next level. Don't think I didn't get the deviled eggs because I sure did. They were so creamy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. My order came out as ordered with no issues and it came out fast. The atmosphere, well you just can't go wrong. It makes you feel like you're at home. Super casual. A big juicy half pound burger, 2 deviled egg halves and a tip for less than $16! Unheard of in these overpriced days of eating out. Absolutely a fantastic value!

Very reasonable pricing in this post-Covid world! The food is delicious and the shakes are tasty. The counter service is friendly and fast-moving. Lots of TVs showing college games, family-friendly atmosphere... all in all, we had a great experience here on a busy holiday Saturday afternoon. We love the Fort Worth location, so we're jazzed there's another one that's closer!

Hot tip--if you're looking for a great deal, the kids' meal here is exactly the same as the regular cheeseburger and fries. Same size fries, burger, and soda, and honestly, it was more food than I could comfortably eat... but I'm a trooper, so I powered through! (I added cheese so it was $0.50 extra) - but about $8 which is s steal. The burger wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was still pretty good. The service was really nice, and the place had that charming, old-timey divey vibe that I love. And the fries? Krinkle cut--my absolute favorite! My only wish? That they had Diet Dr. Pepper, but they did have regular, so I made do.
